Are you open at night and on weekends?
Yes. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and a live person answers the phone.
Do I need to be home?
Someone needs to be able to let the technician in and point out the unit. Tell us on the call if you cannot be there.
What should I do before I call?
If water is leaking, close the cold-water valve to the heater. Turn off the breaker for an electric unit. Turn the gas control to OFF if you can reach it safely. If you smell gas, leave the house and call 911 first.
What do you need from me on the phone?
Your street address, whether the heater is gas or electric, and what you see or hear.
Do you work on tankless water heaters?
Yes. We repair, descale and install tankless water heaters, and convert tank homes to tankless.
Do you install heat pump water heaters?
Yes. We install hybrid and heat pump water heaters.
